I want to sign up for a subscription! Is shipping included?

Your MoxieBox subscription is priced separately from shipping or handling fees. If your shipping address is in Missouri, sales tax will be applied to your order.

I just signed up! What should I do next?

We typically ship around the last week of the month, so keep an eye out shortly afterwards. Feel free to check out the Moxie Shop while you wait!

What are the shipping and handling charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Standard Priority USPS shipping rates will apply.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Paypal, major credit cards and Moxie Gift Cards will be accepted.  You will have to e-mail us to use the Moxie Gift Card at this time.

How long will delivery take?

Standard USPS Priority Mail times will apply.  Please be aware of the USPS schedule as they become busy around the holidays.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use an encrypted SSL service to guarantee your safety.  We also do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Do I receive a receipt for my order?

Of course.  You will receive a receipt for your transaction as soon as it completes.

What's in each box?

Each month is themed and will contain 5+ different items pertaining to that theme.  Please note that Moxie will not be held responsible for the items placed in its boxes and the possible adverse affects on the end user.  For example… Nut allergies from chocolate or skin allergies from soap.  Although, Moxie will do its best to notify its recipients of any undesirable possibilities, it is the end user’s responsibility to know his/ her limitations in using each item contained.  Thank you for understanding.

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely. We understand that costs can add up, or it might not be the right time. We’ve been there! If there’s something you’re unhappy with, we’d love to hear about it though so we can improve Moxie and hopefully gain your business again in the future. Unfortunately, orders that have been shipped out cannot be cancelled… so please e-mail us with any questions or concerns that you may have.

Do you provide refunds?

If you are not happy with your Moxie products, please e-mail us and see if we an resolve your concerns.  If we cannot come to an agreement, we will return the value to you of unopened/ unused items.  Moxie will not be held responsible for return shipping charges.

Can I order more of the items from my box?

Please do! Our Shop is constantly updated with new products, including exclusive brands, Limited Edition boxes, and so much more.

When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?

If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your box when you place the order.

When you subscribe on a more than monthly basis, you’ll pay for your full subscription up-front and won’t see any monthly charges. Once your year is almost up, we’ll check in and see if you’d like to opt out of auto-renewal.

Do you accept gift cards?

Yes, we accept Moxie gift cards!

Can I send my MoxieBox as a gift to someone?

We offer Gift Subscriptions for this very purpose! You can send 3, 6 or 12 month Gift Subscriptions. Start gifting at our Moxie Store!  Just send us a message saying that it is a gift and we will be in touch.
